Jotform staff cannot access this information. Aylsham Bowling Club only access it in order to fulfill our obligations to you eg. to respond to your submission or to keep sufficient details for any membership or events management purposes that we may require. Neither we nor Jotform store any card payment data.
All membership data, messages and event management data are deleted when holding such information is no longer necessary. For messages, this is immediate. For membership data and event management data, this is annually.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
